Volunteer Submission

▪Must be 18 or older to volunteer.
▪Must be available and able to attend ONE meeting prior to event.
▪No payment for your time.
▪Volunteers will be asked to perform duties that require you to be on your feet for most if not all of your shift. If you have physical restrictions that will not allow you to perform these tasks, please let us know (In "Additional Information" below).

▪Minimum of 4 hours – you may work longer if you choose.
▪First shift 10am – 2pm.
▪Second shift 2pm – 6pm.
▪Event ends at 8pm – volunteers are welcome to stay the entire time.

▪VIP Host / Hostess
▪Raffle Tickets
▪Parking Attendant
▪Set up / Clean up

▪You will receive complimentary admission.
▪You will be required to wear your BTS provided Volunteer T-shirt during your shift.

Selection Process
▪Applications will be accepted through March 24, 2019.
▪After we have received your application we may reach out with additional questions.
▪Selected volunteers will be notified by the committee no later than March 30, 2019.
▪Volunteers will be required to attend a mandatory meeting on April 25, 2019 at Durty Nellie's.
